“We’re very satisfied with the service provided, which is companionship – someone to spend some social time and help the days pass a little faster. We organized this for our mum who receives hospital care and is confined to either bed or wheelchair. Our helper arrives a little early and doesn’t rush out when the time is done. She is responsive to feedback and suggestions and leaves us a comment or two about how things went on a given day. She also brings in coffee, which is a lovely touch – something that really cheers Mum up, which is what it’s all about. We also found the assessment process up front to be thorough to understand our needs and how The Good Companion could help.”
